The product itself appears good.

I am pleased as far as I know with the tread mill and the sound proof Matt. I am very disappointed to say that I contacted customer service as I also ordered a cover for the treadmill. However another Matt got delivered instead. I tried to contact customer services with no response. I am very disappointed that I now have two Matts and no cover. I am also very disappointed that contacting customer services is a waste of time as I would have liked to know what oil I need for the treadmill and where to get it. It’s a gift and I have found the service with the product unsatisfactory. I will never purchase another product from this company again.
