This works great for a standing desk, and for general walk/runs at home. It goes up to a descent speed, so you can get a descent sweat going. It's very easy to set up, move, and store away when not using it. I'm 5'5 and my strides fit great for my exercise, and my 6'2 partner is able to walk/jog at ease also. This is a great solution for getting steps on during the winter when it's cold and dark outside.

This is just what I have been looking for. It is compact and easy to store. The app that it comes with works well and helps to keep track of what you are doing.

I have been waiting for one of these for a while. I love how small it is for easy storage. I got the rose gold and love the color. It’s perfect for the days I can’t get outside. This is the best way to get a walk in while working on the computer or watching the tube!
