Cancel order
Dear friends, if the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund. After the order is shipped, regardless of whether the customer has received the order or not, a return must be issued for the cancellation request.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The exact fee depends on the shipping company you choose.
If the return is due to our reasons (e.g. damaged or incorrect goods), the shipping costs do not have to be borne by the consumer.
There is no restocking fee for returning a product.
